Refund & Return Policy

At Celestia Hair Co., we value our customers and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines below:
• Eligibility for Returns: We only accept returns on items that are in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear, alterations, or tampering.
• Approval Process: Customers must send clear photos of the hair to our team for approval before a return is accepted. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
• Timeframe: You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Curly Hair Policy: For textures such as tight curly, deep wave, and body wave, we cannot accept returns if the curls have been combed out, pulled apart, or otherwise manipulated (causing frizz).
• Final Sale: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for hair that has been installed, dyed, cut, styled, or made into a wig.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund (excluding shipping costs) back to your original payment method.
